Fitness level: Average...I hope! I've been practicing Aikido for the last 5 years, yoga (on and off) for about 2 years. I've also dabbled in a lot of different sports; rock climbing, mountain biking, kayaking, and dragonboating.
Goal(s): Finish the run without keeling over!
Biggest Strengths: Physically, my legs and core. Mentally, I've got a positive outlook while acknowledging the challenges.
Biggest Challenge: Physically, my arms; particularly pulling myself up. Mentally, not letting myself stop when I'm tired.
